Who We Are
Our Story
Torrey and Christina Inez have been married for 28 years. Two years into their marriage, they knew if something did not change, their marriage would tragically end in divorce. It was in this season that Jesus became Lord of their lives. As they wholeheartedly trusted God, Torrey and Christina watched God radically redeem, heal, and transform their marriage.
In 1997, they began serving in the local church. Together, they have served in bi-vocational ministry for 25 years and have been licensed pastors for 20 years. Torrey and Christina have served in various areas throughout their ministerial life, including executive leadership, worship, discipleship, and marriage.
In 2014, Torrey and Christina unexpectedly faced ministry burnout. In desperate need of help, they sought coaching and counseling for guidance, which led them to their first sabbatical in 15 years. During this season, the Lord began to birth a burden and passion inside them for emotionally healthy leadership. From this passion and burden, they now encourage others to pursue health in life and leadership.
In addition to leadership health, Torrey and Christina have a passion for marriage. They desire to see marriages go beyond functional to flourishing. They believe that every marriage has the potential to exemplify the love of Christ and change the world. This belief is what fuels their commitment to each marriage that God brings their way.
Torrey and Christina have three wonderful children and a furry pup named Zoey. They wholeheartedly believe their marriage and family is the greatest gift God has given them to steward this side of heaven.
Our Experience
Coaching/Mentoring
Torrey and Christina have been licensed pastors since 2003 and have invested thousands of hours into coaching and mentoring emerging and seasoned leaders, married couples, and individuals who seek to reach their highest potential.

Christina received coaching certifications in 2019 and 2021 and a Master's in Strategic Leadership in 2023. She has logged hundreds of hours in certified coaching.

Torrey has coached and mentored dozens of individuals across ministry and corporate environments.
Worship
Christina has been leading worship for over 25 years, and most of her ministry experience has included leading worship, building worship teams, directing worship conferences, and teaching the importance of worship worldwide.
​
Most notably, she has led worship at churches, conferences, missions, and retreats in the US, Mexico, Jordan, and Israel.
Leadership
Torrey and Christina have led teams for over 20 years. Their unique experiences with multiple ministries and corporate organizations enable them to coach and mentor on leadership health from various perspectives.

Torrey and Christina have walked through their own transformative journey toward emotional intelligence and leadership health and have seen its undeniable impact on leadership development.
​
Christina holds a Master's in Strategic Leadership, and Torrey holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Marketing and received his MBA in 2022.
Marriage
Torrey and Christina have been married for 28 years and have been involved in marriage coaching and mentoring for most of them. They have been featured speakers at several retreats and conferences, where they are known for their authentic and raw approach to teaching communication, emotional health, sexual intimacy, fighting fair, and more.

Torrey and Christina are Prepare-Enrich and SYMBIS certified and have provided pastoral care for marriages for over 20 years.
